We had a wonderful time on our romantic getaway in the heart of downtown Kazan. The hotel is located in a slightly noisy area, but it was worth it for its convenient location to the Metro underground public transport. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread offered a variety of hot and cold dishes, fruits, yogurts, fresh juices, and desserts. The hotel also had a swimming pool, gym, and other facilities to enjoy.
The pricing in the menu was a bit confusing as it was in a different currency, which caused some confusion during our stay.

The free WiFi here works perfectly, and the room is larger than in most other hotels.

1.After 11 p.m. my friends arrived to me to the Hotel on a hour. I was forced to pay an extra 1260 rubles for this. I consider it was an unreasonable payment. 2. I booked a room overlooking the Kremlin. I lived in a room overlooking the courtyard.

The hotel is placed ideally for going to Kazan with 400 metres from the main railway station and another 400 to the Kazan kremlin. Great compared to the price.
One big problem was the lack of reaction from the staff, when a drunk wedding fight took place the 30th of April 2011 at 18:30 right beside the reception inside the hotel, where a drunk wedding guest got into a short fist fight with another wedding guest, who was less drunk. The episode lasted 5 minutes, but there was no security reaction to stop it. Eventhough there stands young goys everywhere to ask what your business is, when you come as a family. When hotel security was needed for real, it was absent. This is absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, especially as I was travelling with my two smaller daughters, who only by luck and coinsidence did not whitness the fight. Confronting the receptionists when I was paying, they only said: "Well this is a Russian wedding reception..." As it was something to expect. Having lived for more than 2 years in Russia, I have seen fights before. But this should not be tolerated.

I recently stayed at Mirage Hotel for my first visit to the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a well-functioning conditioning/heating system. The bathroom was nice and well-stocked with toiletries. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the breakfast, which catered to different dietary preferences.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a spacious and comfortable room with a great view of Kazan Kremlin. The packed breakfast provided was outstanding. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient with a shopping mall nearby.
Not one thing.

The views and the awesome bed (2.7m wide)
Was not too clean. Without a good offer is way too expensive for what gives. All dinning available was not good and expensive. So... not the best city deal unless you get a price around 100€

During our romantic escape, we had an amazing time at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a variety of options available. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch, making our mornings more cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping us with all our needs.
The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nice touch. the gym was under renovation during our stay, so we were unable to use it.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, as it is very close to the train station and is situated in the center of the historic city. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was professional and attentive. Additionally, the breakfast was very good, and there was free parking available.
Almost perfect.

I had a great stay at a hotel centrally located in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a travel center that helped us book train tickets for our next journey. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, including Russian omelettes, bacon, and fresh juice. The fitness center and pool were also impressive, and I enjoyed using them during my stay. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kazan.
